Cabin Crew job brief
Our airline is seeking to hire a Cabin Crew to join our team and provide exceptional service to our passengers. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our passengers while delivering excellent customer service. They will need to communicate effectively with passengers from all over the world, handle emergency situations, and create a comfortable environment for passengers throughout the entire flight. Cabin Crew responsibilities
- Attend pre-flight briefings to learn about flight details and safety procedures.
- Greet passengers as they board the aircraft and assist them to their seats.
- Make safety announcements and provide instructions in case of an emergency.
- Serve meals and beverages to passengers, ensuring that they are comfortable and entertained.
- Assess and respond to passenger needs throughout the flight.
- Ensure safety and security protocols are followed at all times.
- Check and secure cabin equipment, such as emergency equipment, and report any malfunctioning equipment to the captain.
- Provide first aid and/or medical assistance in case of an emergency.
- Maintain a clean and tidy cabin, including restocking supplies and picking up trash.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Good physical health and fitness, as the job requires periods of standing, lifting, and carrying
- Able to travel and work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- No visible tattoos or body piercings
- Must have a valid passport and be eligible to work in the country of operation
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required
- Completion of an accredited cabin crew training program or equivalent is preferred, but not required
