Job brief
We are seeking a responsible Tour Manager to go on tour with our crew and ensure the seamless flow of people, equipment, and props across regions for utilization by the crew. The ideal candidate would be someone who can craft detailed and efficient itineraries.
Responsibilities
- Arrange for accommodation, transportation, and other relevant services.
- Manage the visa application processes to ensure personnel can travel without any issues.
- Organize and distribute comprehensive itineraries.
- Coordinate with marketing, security personnel, and venue operations teams.
- Respond to client-requested errands within reason.
- Arrange for the shipment of the necessary equipment to relevant sites within appropriate timelines.
- Manage allotted finances and ensure the budget does not exceed its cap.
- Ensure that travel plans and layovers go successfully and adjust routes or arrangements as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Business or relevant management field
- 3+ years of management experience
- Past experience in a related role
- Problem-solving skills
- Highly organized
- Able to manage a budget
- Exceptional verbal and written abilities
