Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain training programs for new employees, ensuring that they are properly trained and capable of performing their duties.
- Foster a positive workplace culture, promoting teamwork and collaboration among employees.
- Communicate regularly with management to provide updates on team performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition, and report any maintenance issues to management.
- Enforce company policies and procedures and ensure that all employees are adhering to them.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, performance, and training.
- Continuously look for ways to improve team productivity and reduce costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach employees to improve their performance
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees, management, and clients
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage schedules and prioritize tasks effectively
- Understanding of safety procedures and regulations related to manufacturing or production
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays if necessary
