• Develop and maintain training programs for new employees, ensuring that they are properly trained and capable of performing their duties.
• Foster a positive workplace culture, promoting teamwork and collaboration among employees.
• Communicate regularly with management to provide updates on team performance and make recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition, and report any maintenance issues to management.
• Enforce company policies and procedures and ensure that all employees are adhering to them.
• Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, performance, and training.
• Continuously look for ways to improve team productivity and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach employees to improve their performance
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees, management, and clients
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage schedules and prioritize tasks effectively
• Understanding of safety procedures and regulations related to manufacturing or production
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays if necessary
