Job brief
We are seeking to hire a Solutions Engineer to work hand in hand with our sales team. A Solutions Engineer must have strong interpersonal skills to maintain relations with clients, support them when needed, and develop a solid understanding of their needs to provide highly customized solutions.
Responsibilities
- Perform discovery calls with the sales team.
- Coordinating with clients to determine needs.
- Strategize with the sales team to prepare personalized solutions for clients.
- Presenting the products to clients.
- Install, design, and explain custom solutions for the customers.
- Testing the performance of existing products and incorporating client feedback and complaints to define areas of optimization.
- Perform follow-ups for clients.
- Develop and maintain customer relations.
- Support the sales team with technical questions.
- Examine the complete problem log and look for recurring issues.
- Every week, keep track of the status of your projects as well as any open issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science
- 2+ years of experience in solutions engineer role or similar setting
- Familiar with business hardware and software systems
- High-quality communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Attention to detail
