Job brief
We're seeking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team and manage our comprehensive recruiting. The duties of talent acquisition include finding candidates through a variety of sources, organizing interview and selection processes, and organizing or taking part in career events. You should be able to build long-term recruiting tactics and cultivate trusted connections with potential candidates to be effective in this capacity.
Responsibilities
- Plan the steps involved in the interview and selection processes, such as screening calls, tests, and in-person interviews.
- Utilize our applicant tracking system to review candidate data, including credentials and contact information.
- Estimate each department's recruiting requirements for the upcoming quarters and year.
- By engaging in networking and recruitment strategies, serve as an ambassador to improve SCCC's reputation.
- Maintain long-term ties with former and prospective candidates.
- Manage the entire hiring process from start to finish to adhere to corporate objectives and strategies in the responsible function.
- Work with recruiting managers to understand the function and critical characteristics necessary.
- Supervise junior talent acquisition team members accordingly.
- Distribute proposals to successful candidates and negotiate salary.
- Examines job applications and reference checks reports.
Requirements
- Working knowledge in a position as a talent acquisition specialist or another comparable position
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a similar discipline is required
- Practical learning expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including interviewing and evaluating candidates
- Understanding of selection evaluation and a deep interest in social media and digital recruitment technologies
- Highly effective at making decisions and solving problems
- Capacity for multitasking and the ability to function under time constraints
- Knowledge of social networks, CV databases, and business connections
