Job brief
We are searching for an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for leading a team of highly skilled engineers to design and create effective systems, equipment, and software.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current systems and equipment to determine what changes need to be made to create a safer, more efficient, more effective work environment for our employees.
- Collaborate with other engineers to design new systems or modify existing ones to meet the desired standards.
- Draw up plans and create estimates regarding the cost and time needed to implement the changes.
- Oversee the development and production phase of new systems.
- Take part in the testing and implementation of needed changes.
Requirements
- Must possess a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field
- FE and PE certification and past work experience are strongly desired
- Must be an excellent leader and strong communicator
- Must be able to collaborate well with a variety of personality types
- Must be a highly motivated individual with an eye for detail
