Senior Clinical Forensic Psychologist job description

Job brief

Our company is seeking to hire a Senior Clinical Forensic Psychologist who has the knowledge and experience to provide expert advice when working with law enforcement, attorneys, and judges within the courtroom.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze study briefings and reports for legal cases.
• Provide thorough reports to the court based on the results from forensic evaluations.
• Conduct risk assessments on involved parties’ mental states.
• Make recommendations for treatment, punitive actions, and/or competence to stand trial.
• Provide proactive crisis management.
• Supervise the work of junior forensic psychologists.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Psychology or Master’s in Psychology with proven relevant experience accepted
• Licensed within the state
• A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in forensics
