Job brief
A Senior Assistant Bank Manager is required to oversee the effective completion of team members' tasks. It is your responsibility to make sure the clients receive suitable banking services. Additionally, you will be in charge of helping the manager with resource management, operational excellence, managing partnerships, associate development expertise, and developing and maintaining relationships with customers.
To hold this position, you must possess a business administration degree with a finance concentration and a significant quantity of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the risk management framework to proactively identify and manage risk in the company, product, and service transaction.
- Display and uphold the bank's key values.
- Providing the best possible customer service in all your deeds and interactions.
- Treat every consumer fairly and equally.
- Setting sales goals for the sales team, ensuring that they are met.
- Look for areas for improvement by analyzing the reports that the supervisors and other senior members from various departments have submitted.
- Observe policies and procedures.
- Keep up with important business changes and initiatives.
- Complete the plays and procedures for sales and service.
- Technical instructions, operational procedure training for staff, and monitoring of regulatory and compliance changes make sure that external regulations are followed and collaborate with operational procedures.
- Ensure that all ID requirements are followed, protecting consumer privacy and minimizing the risk of loss.
- Investigating and addressing particular account questions, such as the coordination of legal transactions with legal counsel, internal support staff, outside attorneys, and clients, is necessary.
Requirements
- BSC/BA in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Business, and other related fields
- Proven work experience as a Senior Assistant Bank Manager
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and responsibilities
- Possess exemplary organizational skills
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service, handle issues, and keep clients satisfied
- Excellent team player with strong computer literacy
- Ability to manage profitability through generating income and successfully reining in non-interest expenses
- Ability to expand your clientele, and acquire an in-depth understanding of micro business products
