Job brief
We are looking to hire an experienced Sector Manager! In this position, you would be asked to oversee our teams of employees to ensure all deadlines are being met and quality and safety standards are represented in their work.
Responsibilities
- Track the performance of our teams regarding the completion of their assigned projects and tasks.
- Ensure that our teams have all the resources they need to complete a project on time.
- Create effective schedules that ensure all shifts are thoroughly staffed.
- Ensure that all inspections required are performed and analyzed within a reasonable period of time.
- Oversee the implementation of any changes that may need to be made.
- Respond to any emergencies in the workplace calmly and rationally.
- Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are being met.
Requirements
- Must possess a related degree in engineering and have past leadership experience
- Must be able to motivate a team of people and collaborate well with other team leads
- Strong ability to effectively multitask is sought after
- Must be willing to perform a variety of jobs and tasks in a day
- Is up to date on all safety and environmental rules and regulations
- Must be able to handle sensitive information with discretion
