Job brief
We are seeking a Scrum Master to help create self-organizing teams by managing timelines, resolvings issues, and coaching team members on agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Coach and manage multiple teams through all phases of implementation using the agile scrum methodology.
- Nurture a safe and collaborative environment for all team members.
- Advocate agile methodologies, principles, and values.
- Inspire the scrum team to be accountable and self-organized.

- Collaborate with Product Managers to determine and prepare the backlog to ease sprint planning.
- Spot, trace and manage risks and blockers.
- Defining risk mitigation and contingency plans.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders such as Product Managers and Technical Managers.
- Recognizes areas of strength and progress and employs suitable coaching and development approaches to get the team to a high-performance level.
- Ensure that Scrum is understood and that the team follows Scrum philosophy, practice, and principles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or similar field
- 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master working with a software development team
- CSM or equivalent scrum certification
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Attention to detail & highly organized: able to manage multiple projects at a time
- Analytical approach to problem-solving
