Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for various departments and staff members.
- Coordinate meetings and ensure all necessary parties are invited and prepared.
- Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes or unexpected events.
- Communicate schedule changes to relevant parties in a timely manner.
- Ensure all appointments are properly documented and recorded in company databases.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure schedules align with overall company goals.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts in a professional and efficient manner.
- Provide administrative support as needed to ensure efficient and effective scheduling processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in a related field
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Capability to manage competing priorities and handle a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other scheduling software
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
