Job Brief

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team and help us grow our customer base and revenue. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential customers, presenting our products and services, and closing sales deals.

Responsibilities

• Researching and identifying potential clients through market analysis and other means.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers and understanding their needs and preferences.
• Meeting sales targets and developing sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Effectively communicating, demonstrating, and promoting products/services to potential clients.
• Providing excellent customer service and follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with other teams such as marketing and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the related field with a solid track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with customers
• Knowledge of market trends and industry standards to provide insights and identify potential opportunities
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team and effectively manage time and workload
• A positive, proactive, and results-oriented attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
