Job brief

We are seeking to hire an experienced roofer for our construction site team. You will need to carry out the construction of roofs, and fix damaged roofs as well. You will also need to install all equipment and set up systems, for instance, vapor barrier installation.

Responsibilities

  • Construct roofs with different materials.
  • Inspect roofs and damages.
  • Estimate labor costs.
  • Repair damages.
  • Remove roof debris.
  • Replace broken parts.
  • Ensure roof protection material is applied.
  • Install equipment on roofs like solar energy systems.
  • Ensure buffers and restocking are taken care of.

Requirements

  • 1-year experience as a roofer
  • Proficient in carpentry skills
  • Physically fit/healthy
  • Able to work at heights for long periods of time
  • License or certification in a related field will be a plus
