Relationship Manager Job Brief
We are seeking a Relationship Manager who will be responsible for maintaining and building strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and have the ability to work under pressure. They should also have a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as those of our competitors, in order to better serve our clients. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team and operations team to ensure that clients receive the highest level of service and support.
Relationship Manager Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication and visits.
- Acting as the point of contact for clients and managing their expectations.
- Identifying areas of improvement to enhance the customer experience and taking appropriate corrective actions
- Providing sales support to the sales team by developing sales proposals, conducting product demonstrations and identifying upsell opportunities
- Monitoring and analyzing client activity and managing the clients' lifecycle management to develop strategic plans and improve retention rates.
- Providing timely and accurate reports to management about client activity and market trends.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the industry.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of the industry and our products and services
- Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel when required
