Job Brief
We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team that is empathetic and highly qualified. As a registered nurse, your duties will include giving excellent patient care and acting as a patient and family advocate.
To guarantee that our patients receive the best possible treatment, you will collaborate with doctors, other healthcare experts, and support workers.
Responsibilities
- Assess and record patient symptoms, medical history, and vital signs.
- Create and implement patient care plans based on the patient’s requirements and medical history.
- Administering medications and treatments in accordance with doctor's orders.
- Monitor and record patient progress and respond to any changes in condition.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and efficient care delivery.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure patient confidentiality.
- Adhere to all nursing standards and protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in nursing from an accredited institution
- Current Registered Nurse license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and within strict timelines
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
- Familiarity with medical software and equipment
- BLS and/or ACLS certification is preferred
