Responsibilities
- Putting in place a cutting-edge marketing plan.
- Reducing expenses to increase revenue.
- Establishing and maintaining ties with suppliers.
- Reporting on the company's performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Guiding and educating sales teams to reach their objectives.
- Maintain a constant line of communication with the general managers of each country to ensure that the company's service and customer service standards are being met.
- Set productivity and quality benchmarks for dispatch teams to include responsibility, enhance customer service and develop targeted objectives.
- Oversee the ongoing efforts to strengthen the policies, practices, and operational standards relating to asset protection.
- Maintained executive control over the business unit's administrative processes, including hiring, billing, benefits, reporting, and payroll.
- Identifying and fixing issues with staff performance.
- Gaining a detailed knowledge of the company's products as well as those of competitors.
- Identifying issues with the operation of the firm and developing workable remedies.
- Selecting, assessing, and approving market expansion possibilities in collaboration with departmental teams.
Requirements
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Must be an Accounting expert
- A senior management position with demonstrated experience
- An established track record of exceeding financial goals
- The capacity to make important choices under duress
