Requirements
- Degree in HR, marketing, or similar
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, marketing, or PR
- Strong knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies and processes
- Great creativity and communication abilities
- Demonstrable knowledge of recruitment marketing software
- The ability to stay current with marketing trends in the recruitment world
- Excellent organizational skills
