We are seeking a passionate, dynamic, and organized Recruitment Consultant to join our busy team! The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills, with creative ideas on recruitment procedures. The main focus of the role is to provide recruitment assistance to the business for various clients.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to fully understand their needs and requirements for their new staff member.
- Complete full-cycle recruitment for the clients.
- Write job adverts and utilize various tools to gain the best exposure for the client's open position.
- Create and maintain good working relationships with operators of various job boards and websites.
- Receive and review applicant's resumes and screen them in detail.
- Create shortlists for the best candidates for the role.
- Prepare the candidates for the interview.
- Keeping clients and candidates up-to-date with developments as the candidate progresses.
- Keep track of applicants using an ATS type system or other relevant system.
- Conducting in-person or online interviews with potential candidates.
- Providing recommendations and support to clients.
- Provide general advice on careers.
- Work in-line with HR best practices at all times.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or other related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment or related role
- Good knowledge of HR procedures and best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident in speaking and asking questions to ascertain the required information
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Sales experience would be an advantage
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience using an ATS system
- Able to effectively work as part of a team
- Great time management abilities
- Effective listening skills
- Experience using various job advertising platforms
