We are looking for a Recruiter to post job opportunities online and recruit candidates after guiding them throughout the entire process. Recruiters must be effective communicators and possess great interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Determining recruiting needs and selecting the optimal applicants to fill in vacancies.
- Examines the job description and qualifications to determine candidate requirements.
- Assess current talent acquisition procedures and develop more efficient processes to find great candidates.
- Places job adverts, contacts recruiters, and uses newsgroups and employment sites to attract applications.
- Interviews candidates, analyze responses, verifies references, and compares qualifications to job requirements to determine applicant qualifications.
- Utilizing applicant tracking systems, resume parsers, and candidate relationship management software to facilitate the recruitment process.
- Preparing and publishing attractive job descriptions to job boards or distributing them through other channels such as via email or social media.
- Crafting and managing talent pools.
- Develop materials and resources for booths at career fairs.
- Attend and organize virtual and traditional job fairs.
- Keep up to date and network with industry professionals on developments in talent acquisition.
- Conduct background and references of candidates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in any field
- 1+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience in recruiting or CRM software is a plus
- Phenomenal interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional and approachable personality
