Real estate responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of property transactions, contracts, inspections, negotiations, and closings.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and develop action plans to respond to fluctuations in demand.
• Network extensively with potential clients and different agencies to establish new business partnerships.
• Perform market research to identify viable investment opportunities that can yield profitable returns.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or Agent, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry
• A current and active brokerage license is required
• Demonstrable experience in deal-making with a track record of successful property sales or rentals
• Ability to build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners
• In-depth knowledge of local regulations, real estate laws, and policies
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving capability
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
