Job brief
We are looking for an experienced Project Scheduler. As our Project Scheduler, you would be responsible for creating a detailed timeline for the needed projects and ensuring that the projects remain within that timeline to the best of your abilities.
Responsibilities
- Work with other team members assigned to the project to create a realistic and competitive timeline for the project in general and for each specific task as needed.
- Aid with the creation of schedules to ensure that each task will be completed within the allotted time frame.
- Maintain accurate records of expected and actual timeframes for specific tasks and keep stakeholders and other team members aware of the progress made.
- Look ahead to foresee any possible delays and aim to minimize them to the best of your abilities.
- Create accurate progress reports of the project.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in project management and past experience in a management position is required
- Confident in using project management systems
- Excellent time management and planning skills
- Top-notch communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be a strong leader and team player
- Must be able to accurately figure the length of time needed to complete each step of the project
