- Develop and implement program plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate program updates and progress reports to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure compliance with program regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate program records and documentation.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to program initiatives.
- Continuously research and analyze industry trends, recommending program enhancements as necessary.
- Manage relationships with program partners and vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in program management, administration, or a related field
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the capable of handling and coordinating multiple tasks and projects at the same time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to analyze and interpret data and metrics.
- Experience with budget management and financial analysis
- The ability to use Microsoft Office and project management software proficiently
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships
- Understanding of program regulations and compliance
