Job brief
We are seeking a Production Coordinator to administer clerical tasks and ensure the full functioning of shooting sites. Your role is to facilitate and prep the set from cleanliness and props to be used on set to food for workers.
Responsibilities
- Manage the production budget and stay within the limits of the budget.
- Inform cast members regarding call times and any changes in schedule.
- Organize catering for shoots and contact the necessary vendors to ensure food is available.
- Monitor the set’s cleanliness, amenities, and overall preparedness for shoots.
- Work with various personnel to guarantee security, janitors, and technicians are on set and performing their duties as assigned.
- Answer and correspond to phone calls and other mail.
- Order inventory as needed to be stocked.
- Manage production assistants and assign daily tasks to them.
- Coordinate and plan daily production activities with management.
- Monitor and manage production schedules.
- Provide administrative assistance when needed.
- Prepare and review internal documentation for management and production staff.
Requirements
- Degree in film, marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of on-set production experience
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Phenomenal time management skills
- Multi-tasking capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
