Product Developer Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in product development, engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in product development, preferably in a similar role
• Demonstrated expertise in product ideation, prototyping, testing, and production phases
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage budgets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• High degree of creativity and innovation, with a passion for bringing new ideas to market
• Proficiency in product development software and tools, including CAD and Adobe Creative Suite
