Product Designer Job Brief

We are looking for a creative and experienced product designer who can bring their ideas to life, work independently or with a team, and deliver innovative products that meet our customers' needs. The ideal candidate should be able to work within deadlines and possess excellent communication skills to be able to collaborate with different teams.

Product Designer Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly products that meet customer needs and enhance their experience with our brand.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to conceptualize and design new products.
• Conduct research and gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to improve product design.
• Create prototypes and mock-ups using tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ensure design consistency across all product aspects, including branding, graphics, and user interface.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our products are competitive in the market.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure the product is technically viable.
• Manage multiple projects and adapt to changing deadlines and requirements as needed.
• Communicate with project stakeholders on project progress and obtain approval for finished designs.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering successful product designs
• 5+ years of experience in product design in a professional setting
• Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A solid understanding of user-centered design principles
• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
• A portfolio of work that demonstrates product design expertise
• Experience working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
