Responsibilities
- Manage a legal compliance program to ensure all legal regulations are being followed.
- Review and edit company policies as needed.
- Complete regular audits and the necessary documentation.
- Monitor expenses and keep them in line with the budget.
- Stay up to date on new laws and regulations.
- Verify the company's assets and liabilities.
