Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems.
- Cut holes to accommodate pipes and fittings.
- Measure, cut, bend and thread pipes in place.
- Join pipes with couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, or cement.
- Inspect and test pipes for leaks.
- Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing.
- Perform preventive maintenance to gas outlets, fire suppression sprinkler systems, lawn sprinklers, plumbing fixtures, etc.
- Attend residential, commercial, and industrial settings to solve plumbing or drain service issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers.
Requirements
- Valid Plumbing License
- 2 to 3 years of Plumbing experience
- Knowledge and ability in completing residential plumbing services, such as drain and water leak repairs, drain snaking, new plumbing fixtures installations, installation of water softeners, reverse osmosis, mixing valves, main shut-off valves, etc
- Provide excellent customer service and a positive interaction by educating the customer and providing solutions for all product installations
- Must be comfortable kneeling and bending over extended periods of time
- Have a keen attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work efficiently with minimum supervision
- Must be punctual and reliable and able to work independently and with a team
