We are looking for a reliable and experienced Personal Banker to join our team. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for establishing and managing customer accounts, providing financial advice, and offering various banking services to customers. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and customer service skills, be highly organized, and possess strong attention to detail.
Personal banker responsibilities
- Manage and maintain customer accounts and records
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing financial advice and offering personalized banking services.
- Cross-sell banking products (such as loans, credit cards, and insurance) to customers to increase revenue and promote customer loyalty.
- Process customer transactions (such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments) accurately and efficiently.
- Adhere to all banking policies and regulations (including KYC, AML, and compliance guidelines).
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline banking processes and procedures.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other members of the banking team to ensure smooth operations and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of banking products, policies, and regulations
- Familiarity with banking software and systems
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- High level of professionalism and commitment to customer service
