Responsibilities

• Stock and organize merchandise on store shelves in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure that all merchandise is recorded on inventory sheets and properly labeled with price tags.
• Maintain excellent customer service by assisting customers with any questions or concerns they may have.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization standards by regularly sweeping, mopping, and dusting store shelves, as well as taking out the trash and recycling.
• Keep an eye on inventory levels and communicate with management when products are running low.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure the safety of both customers and employees.
• Provide support to other store staff as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and merchandise (up to 50 pounds)
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not required
• Good time management and prioritization skills
• Willingness to work overnight shifts (usually starting at 10 pm) and weekends if needed
