Responsibilities:
- Support procurement activities, including researching vendors, preparing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Track and analyze operational performance metrics and develop recommendations for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Manage vendor relationships, including vendor onboarding, contract negotiation, and ongoing performance management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, operations, supply chain)
- 1-3 years of experience in operations or supply chain management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
- Experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
