We are looking for an operations analyst who will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our business operations. Operation analyst responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret data to identify operational inefficiencies, including conducting root cause analysis, forecasting, and complex data modeling.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders for business decision making.
• Monitor and evaluate business processes, identify areas of improvement, and develop and implement process enhancements to improve business efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve operations by conducting market and industry research and developing analyses to support business decision making.
• Work closely with senior leadership to identify and track operational goals, metrics, and critical business initiatives to identify areas of improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations analysis, project management, or similar roles, with a strong track record of identifying and implementing process improvements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data and analysis to stakeholders in a concise and compelling manner
• Experience with SQL, Python, or other programming languages is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
