Our company is seeking a Management Analyst to join our team. In this role, the Management Analyst will work closely with management to identify areas for improvement, develop strategies to address challenges, and provide recommendations for enhancing business operations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analyses of business operations, including financial performance, productivity, and efficiency.
- Identify areas that need improvement and create plans to overcome obstacles.
- Research and evaluate industry best practices and make recommendations for implementing new approaches.
- Create and maintain project plans that include resource allocation, schedules, and budgets.
- Collaborate with management and other stakeholders to implement recommendations and monitor progress.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to management and other stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain documentation of business processes, policies, and procedures.
- Provide training and support to staff on new policies and procedures.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in management, business administration, or a related subject, or comparable experience
- Minimum of three years of experience in a management or business analysis role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A capacity for both independence and teamwork
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail and the capacity to multitask in a hectic setting.
