Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional vocational training or certification in maintenance or related fields preferred
• Proven experience in maintenance and repair work, with a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment or machinery as needed
