LNG Process Engineer job description

Job brief

We need to hire an experienced LNG Process Engineer. You will be responsible for aiding in the designing and redesigning of processes and systems we use on a daily basis to ensure maximum productivity and safety are being met.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tests on existing systems and processes to determine weak areas that must be strengthened.
• Perform risk assessments to ensure that the company isn’t taking unneeded risks and is ready to handle those that are unavoidable.
• Design or redesign systems to be safer, more dependable, and more efficient for the company and its employees.
• Work within the budget and timeframe given to you by your superiors as you complete a project.
• Document all your findings and create easy-to-understand instructions on how to best operate existing machinery to improve productivity.

Requirements

• Past work experience in Process Engineering is required
• Must remain up to date on industry standards and best practices as they evolve and change
• Must have past experience working with process simulations
• Must have a strong analytical mind that is adept at solving problems quickly and efficiently
