We are looking to hire an experienced Legal Assistant to Compliance! In this position, you will be focusing on supporting our Compliance Manager as they work to keep our policies and procedures in line with legal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Identify policies and procedures that are not in compliance with legal regulations.
- Make all changes to policies and procedures as required.
- Take direction from our Compliance Manager on any tasks that must be completed.
- Monitor the implementation of new programs and procedures.
- Assist with human resources, legal aid, and training programs as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Superb organization and planning skills
- Strong understanding of regulations in your industry
- Excellent communicator
