Job brief
We are looking for an efficient Lead Scheduler to join our growing team! As our Lead Scheduler, you would be responsible for overseeing the creation and planning of schedules, events, and travel plans as needed.
Responsibilities
- Aid with the creation of schedules for our team of employees to ensure that all shifts are thoroughly covered, and projects are able to be completed on time.
- Plan and schedule appointments, meetings, etc., for our employees.
- Organize any work conferences well in advance to ensure a good turnout.
- Maintain data needed to ensure an effective schedule is created each and every time.
Requirements
- Must have a degree in a related field. Previous experience as a scheduler or planner is a plus
- Must be highly organized
- Must be able to accurately prioritize a list of tasks that need to be accomplished
- Excellent time management skills
- Highly detail-oriented and an excellent communicator
