We are looking for a skilled Landscaper Laborer to maintain and enhance the outdoor spaces of our clients. The ideal candidate must be hardworking, and be able to work under minimal supervision in various outdoor environments.

Landscaper Laborer responsibilities

• Assist with planting, pruning, and maintaining lawns, trees, shrubs, and outdoor facilities.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment, such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and hedge shears to ensure they are well-maintained and safe for use.
• Help perform seasonal maintenance tasks such as leaf removal, winterizing plants, and preparing soil and gardens for seasonal changes.
• Communicate with the landscaping manager and team members to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and on time.
• Assist with hardscaping projects, such as laying stones or creating retaining walls.
• Ensure that the work area remains clean and safe for both users and visitors.
• Provide outstanding customer service by ensuring that clients are satisfied with the work that was done, answer questions about products and services, and provide feedback on what can be done to improve the appearance and maintenance of their outdoor spaces.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Landscaper Laborer or similar role
• Knowledge of common plants, trees, and shrubs in your region, along with the pruning and maintenance techniques associated with each
• Familiarity with tools and equipment, such as lawnmowers, trimmers, hedge shears, and leaf blowers
• Physically fit and able to tolerate heat, cold, sun, and rain
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals
• A strong work ethic and excellent time-management skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays as required
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have a reliable transportation method to and from job sites
