We are seeking a self-motivated Inside Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our inside sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth through effective communication and customer engagement. Inside Sales Manager responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Develop sales strategies and tactics to increase sales and improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product, and customer service, to coordinate sales efforts and support broader business objectives.
- Analyze sales performance data, develop actionable insights, and implement initiatives that drive continued sales growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and promote a culture of customer-centricity across the sales team.
- Coach and develop team members, delivering ongoing training and development programs to improve sales skills and overall performance.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry and market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing an inside sales team and delivering sales growth results
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively influence customers, team members, and other stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a sense of urgency, meeting (and exceeding) sales targets and deadlines
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to develop insights and improve performance
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and train team members to improve sales performance and meet targets
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) is an asset
