Job brief
We are looking for a seasoned HRD Supervisor to oversee each step of the hiring procedure and handle all personnel-related concerns. The responsibilities of the HRD supervisor include working with staffing agencies, posting job openings, organizing and planning training sessions, accurately tracking hours, handling compensation, and handling workplace relationships.
Responsibilities
- Create and put into action corporate policies that support a healthy work environment.
- Encourage and make suggestions for improvements to the overall hiring process.
- Discuss with management how employees are advancing their careers.
- Plan learning and growth initiatives.
- Maintain HRD practices that are in accordance with labor rules.
- Handling the hiring process and the new employee contract.
- Creating, evaluating, and managing system efficiency with Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Balanced scorecard models, job path/career advancement, positioning, and succession planning are all important considerations.
- Check out the departmental budgets.
Requirements
- Capability to develop positive relationships with staff
- At least one or two years of experience in a human resources function in a multinational corporation
- Bachelor's degree in HRD, HRM, or a similar discipline is required
- Having expertise in HR development initiatives and understanding contemporary HR management
- Solid awareness of labor laws
