Responsibilities
- Welcome customers as they enter the establishment and ensure they feel comfortable.Provide customers with information about the establishment and its services.
- Assist customers with any inquiries they may have and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.Manage the flow of customers to ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the seamless flow of operations.Actively seek ways to improve the customer experience and make recommendations to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complaints with tact and diplomacy
- Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
