Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support organizational goals.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, sponsors, and partners.
• Create and manage fundraising events, campaigns, and appeals.
• Write compelling grant proposals and reports.
• Track and report on fundraising progress and budget.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fundraising efforts are aligned with organizational priorities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records and databases.
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical fundraising practices.

Requirements

• Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in a related field or possess equivalent experience
• The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in fundraising or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful fundraising strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• The candidate should be capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment
• Experience with donor management software and Microsoft Office
