Job brief
We are looking to hire an experienced Field Operator. As a member of our team of Field Operators, you would be responsible for learning to safely and efficiently operate several pieces of machinery in order to complete the tasks assigned to you.
Responsibilities
- Learn to confidently and accurately operate several pieces of heavy machinery.
- Read and decipher blueprints to determine where to position machinery.
- Change settings on the machinery in order to effectively complete the tasks assigned to you.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required
- Previous experience operating heavy machinery is preferred
- Must possess a highly analytical and mechanical mind that is adept at building products and solving problems
- Must be a motivated, dedicated worker
- Must possess a current driver’s license
- Must be an excellent communicator
- Must display the capability of reading and understanding basic blueprints
