We are seeking a professional, experienced, and dynamic Executive Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in executive recruitment, present a professional demeanor, and will have the ability to work with highly regarded professionals. The focus of the role is to provide director-level recruitment support to various departments to assist in filling roles such as vice presidents, directors, and executive management.
Responsibilities
- Advertise open vacancies on all major job boards, and on the company’s social media platforms.
- Collect and review applicants to create an effective shortlist.
- Conduct background checks to ensure that candidates are suitable for the companies’ requirements.
- Contact references provided by candidates to ascertain that their work ethic and experience match the role requirements and company values.
- Meeting with and interviewing the best candidates from the application process.
- Collaborating with members of the relevant teams to obtain their input on potential candidates and get a sound understanding of the department dynamic.
- Identifying and selecting the most suitable candidates and providing them with relevant offers for open roles.
- Working with the onboarding and HR team to schedule training and orientation for new recruits.
Requirements
- Degree in industrial and organizational psychology, human resource management, or similar industry, or equivalent work experience and education
- Minimum of 3 years experience in executive recruitment with a solid background in general recruitment or another specified field
- Experienced with the use of various recruitment software such as CRM system and or applicant tracking programs
- Highly organized with the ability to effectively prioritize own workload
- Effective decision-making abilities and able to critically think
- Good networking and research skills
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Positive, helpful, and firm in nature with resilience when dealing with setbacks
- Committed to expanding the company’s network and presence in the recruitment industry
