We are looking to hire a new Ethics and Compliance Specialist! This role will focus on creating programs that reduce illegal or unethical activities within our company.
Responsibilities
Pinpoint possible sites or activities that could lead to illegal or unethical activities.
Create policies and programs to negate the risk of such activities occurring.
Draft a code of conduct for all employees to follow.
Identify an effective means for employees to report any disorderly conduct.
Train employees on what ethical and unethical practices look like.
Assess our top management to ensure all conduct and communications remain ethical.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in related field
Strong communication skills
Team member and ability to collaborate well with others
