The Escrow Assistant will work alongside the Escrow Officer to perform administrative tasks, maintain documentation, and manage communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Escrow Officer in managing real estate transactions, including opening and closing escrow accounts, preparing documents, and processing payments.
- Communicate with clients, real estate agents, and lenders to ensure a smooth and timely transaction.
- Review and audit all closing documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in resolving issues related to escrow accounts and transactions.
- Maintain records and ensure all documentation is properly filed and archived.
- Perform various administrative duties as needed to support the Escrow Officer.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in escrow, title, or real estate
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with escrow software and standard office software, such as Microsoft Office and Adobe
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
