Job brief
We need an ethical Environment Advisor to join our team! Your main responsibilities will include ensuring that our company is in compliance with all local and federal regulations and is not affecting our surrounding environment in an excessive way.
Responsibilities
- Visit new and existing work sites to evaluate the current state of the environment.
- Collect any necessary samples and data to create reports regarding the environment and the future effects our projects may have on it.
- Ensure that our current and future ventures meet and/or exceed the environmental expectations set forth in the company and local regulations.
Requirements
- Must possess a bachelor’s degree in an ecological science such as ecology, geology, conservation, etc
- A Master’s Degree is preferred in place of past work experience, although it is not a requirement
- Must possess excellent project management skills and work well with a team of fellow environmental scientists
- Must have strong communication and presentation skills
- Must have a strong eye for detail and possess a highly analytical mind
