Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field, with appropriate teaching certification
• Minimum of two years of previous experience in a similar role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
• Strong knowledge of elementary school curriculum and teaching methodologies
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good listening skills, with high levels of attention to detail
• Strong working knowledge of technology and computer skills
