We are seeking an experienced and professional Diagnostic Medical professional to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing accurate diagnostic tests and evaluations to diagnose medical conditions and provide treatment recommendations. The successful candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic tests such as X-rays, CT scans, and MRI scans to accurately diagnose medical conditions.
- Perform medical evaluations to diagnose and treat patients in accordance with medical protocols and procedures.
- Review and interpret medical results, including lab reports, imaging studies, and other diagnostic tests, to provide accurate diagnoses and treatment recommendations.
- Consult with patients, healthcare professionals, and other healthcare providers to develop effective treatment plans.
- Organize and maintain patient records and medical charts to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available.
- Provide patient education and counseling on medical conditions, treatment options, and prevention methods.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care services and develop effective healthcare plans.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and standards regarding medical procedures, patient confidentiality, and medical recordkeeping.
- Attend training and development programs to stay up-to-date with current medical practices and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical or related field
- Valid state medical license or certification to practice as a Diagnostic Medical professional
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in diagnosing and treating medical conditions in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and in stressful situations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively
- Knowledge of medical recordkeeping and compliance with patient confidentiality requirements
