Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the department, including monitoring performance, ensuring productivity, and providing guidance and support to team members.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a management role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
