Responsibilities

• Resolve demand-related concerns as soon as possible and as thoroughly as possible.
• Enhance forecast accuracy by offering professional direction and counsel.
• Accountable for FG inventories and developing a sourcing strategy to meet the desire.
• Purchasing all imported goods from suppliers according to a supply strategy.
• Utilize and keep up the Demand Planning Excel Models as the vital tool for the prediction model.
• Work with sales, promotion, and client service to comprehend the factors that may affect demand prediction.
• Take part in in-depth supply analysis and performance reviews.
• Ensure the dependability of all data interfaces and stocks in both routine operations and IT distribution network projects.
• Assisting in the process of beautification by providing the necessary equipment for the customer to quickly supply the needed amounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related discipline
• Excellent command of the ideas of both supply and demand planning
• Hands-on attitude, analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Capable of turning mathematical facts into business-friendly language
• Must have commercial understanding in terms of vision and purpose
• 3 years of experience in a Demand Planning role, with a preference for people leadership experience
• Capability to manage complexity
